Founder Todd Tevis began his career as a Procurement Specialist in the US Air Force. After his military service, he transitioned into the world of consulting, traveling from business to business to help organizations navigate and escape various crises. For over a decade, Todd served as a turnaround expert — stepping in to stabilize companies, implement critical fixes, and then moving on to the next once stability was restored. Whether working with nimble startups or Fortune 500 enterprises, he always said the same thing: "There's a better way to do this."

He was given the chance to prove it after joining an industry-leading healthcare organization as a Data Architect. Given the freedom to redesign processes without constraints, he revolutionized the company's operational framework. By uncovering previously inaccessible data, streamlining workflows, and introducing modern systems and software, he saved thousands of man-hours while making workloads far more manageable for employees. The transformation was so profound that, once the dust settled, a colleague turned to him and said, "You know, you could really start a business doing this sort of thing for other companies."

Todd's immediate thought? "Good idea."
